President and Founder

BS in Art Ed. KU, 28 years teaching in the Easton Area School District. A potter for over 30 years . Linda is a Macintosh expert and Webmaster, designer of numerous web sites. Adobe Photoshop user for over 10 years

Jamie Roman

Excutive Director

Jamie Roman is a Digital Artist. Working in Photoshop, she uses Digital Drawing techniques, as well as photo manipulation techniques to create original pieces of digital art and photographic Montages. Jamie is also an experienced web designer and manages many websites, specializing in the arts community.

Taryn Day

Adult Drawing and Painting

Taryn Day is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, where she was a recipient of the Ware Scholarship for European Travel. Taryn has her BFA, from the University of Pennsylvania. She has exhibited widely in the Philadelphia area, and recently completed an artist residency in Taos, New Mexico.

3 Dimensional Paper Art

Create 3 Dimensional Paper Art that you can adapt to your scrapbooking. Students will make items such as Swivel Cards and Illusion Braids and Pysanky Traditional Eggs: Create a Traditional Ukrainian Pysanky Painted Egg, decorated using a wax-resist (batik) method.

Melinda Rose

After a long productive career as a writer and Montessori teacher, Melinda Rose returned to college and graduated (summa cum Laude ’03) from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts/Photography. Her innovative approach using the image as a tool for healing has been used on Pine Ridge Indian Reservation and more recently in Louisiana’s Bayou communities impacted by hurricanes Katrina and Rita. In 2007 Melinda became certified to teach art in Louisiana’s Public Schools.
