Cancelations / Schedule Changes
The Katie Stauffer Art Center reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, at which time a refund will be issued to students enrolled in the cancelled class. The Katie Stauffer Art Center also reserves the right to reschedule class times and or dates when necessary. In the case of rescheduled classes, students are given the right to withdraw enrollment and receive a refund if necessary.
Instructor Cancelations:
In the event of a cancelation, students will be contacted, via phone, by their instructor. Please make sure that they have the correct contact information in case it is necessary for you to be contacted for any cancellations.
Make-Ups:
Make-Up dates are given only when a cancellation issued by an instructor and/or Staff member of the Katie Stauffer Art Center or when due to inclement weather.
Student Cancelations:
The Katie Stauffer Art Center does not offer refunds or make-up dates if a student is unable to attend a scheduled class.

Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, closings will be posted on Channel 69 News' Storm Center website

Phone Calls may not be answered if the Art Center is not open during inclement weather, so any further inquires may be directed to our email. However, in the event of a closing, students will also be contacted via phone by their instructor. Please make sure that they have the correct contact information in case it is necessary for you to be contacted for any cancellations.

Refunds
Refunds may only be granted when an entire course cancellation is issued by an instructor and/or Staff member of the Katie Stauffer Art Center or when a student cancels at least 7 days prior to scheduled start of course, and a $10 Cancellation fee is required.
The Katie Stauffer Art Center does not offer refunds or make-up dates if a student is unable to attend a scheduled class.

Photography Policy
Events and Classes at the Katie Stauffer Art Center may occasionally be photographed and/or Video Taped, by our staff, for promotional purposes. If you wish to be excluded, you should notify the staff at the Katie Stauffer Art Center and photographer/Videographer. No one other than an authorized staff member may use cameras or any other visual recording devises inside the art center, without the written permission of the executive director.

Food, Drink and Smoking Policy
- Food and drinks are NOT PERMITTED in Computer Lab or Clay Room. Food and Drinks are ONLY permitted in the front room of the Art Center.
- NO Alcoholic beverages are permitted on the Katie Stauffer Art Center property.
- NO SMOKING is permitted on the Katie Stauffer Art Center property.
